ALLERGY
Allergy occurs when your immune system becomes hyper or extra sensitive when you encounter with the substances around you. This is a state in which your immune system starts to overreact to kill or fight with certain unwanted allergens.
When your body meets with any kind of allergen, your immune system starts to react against it by producing the antibodies to fight with those allergens or you can say extra proteins. These antibodies help your body in a way that they find all the allergens and try to throw them out of the body either they are harmless or not.
COMMON ALLERGIES AND THEIR SYMPTOMS
The symptoms of various allergies sometimes differ from each other, but they are easily visible and can range from mild to severe conditions. They are:
Pet allergy
- Dry cough

- Itching
- Runny nose
- Watery eyes, redness in eyes

They are some seasonal allergies which only last for certain seasons like pollen which comes from grass or trees. It mostly floats in the air and bad affect people who already suffer from asthma or chest related medical issues.
CAUSES
There are various factors that cause allergies, some of them are:
- Inheritance
There are many chances for you to suffer from mild or severe allergies if your biological parents had it.
2. Venom
Sometime the bee’s sting injects a chemical known as venom in your body which becomes the cause of allergy.
3. Latex
When you touch or have too much exposure with rubber latex like rubbery gloves, Balloons, or bandages. You may allow yourself to catch allergy.
4. Medicines
Since everyone has a unique body and there are too many chances that if something or any medicine is perfect for someone else it will be perfect for you too, so sometimes medications also end up by causing reaction or allergies.

ASTHMA MEDICINES
Asthmatic medicines like kestin, Ventolin and many other can help a lot in providing relief from shortness in breath, tightness in chest, and many other allergies. You should consult to your doctor before taking any medicines.
IMMUNOTHERAPY
Immunotherapy means making your immune system work on its best by activating it. Some doctor's advice you to have this treatment because they give you some allergy drops, or allergy shot to make your body used to some allergens.
NASAL SPRAY
Doctors mostly recommend nasal sprays for allergies or nose congestions because nasal spray very effectively help better then tablets or injections because it directly goes through nose to throat and help in giving relief from allergies.
PREVENTION
We know that prevention is better than cure, so prevent yourself from thing that can cause you allergy and make you suffer from chaos, like if you have dust allergy just try to avoid going to the places where you can catch dust allergy or wear mask to keep yourself away from the direct contact with dust particles.
If you have animal or pet allergy just avoid going close to animals and stay away from them.

Remember that you are unique, and you need to do what is best for you, just do not become puppet and stop following others and stop copying others, if something is better for someone else that does not mean that it will be better or effective for you too, consult to your doctor firstly before taking any type of medications, just because someone told you to take.
