Exercise is the physical activity of body that enhances the bodies strength and ability. Exercise involves everything that requires power and strengthening of muscles and other body parts.
Does exercise help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle?
Yes, exercise is necessary for everyone from kids to elders because it helps you to maintain your blood pressure, great body posture and stability in whole body.
How much exercise do you need?
You do not need to exercise whole day or for certain hours, you can do exercise just for 30 minutes on daily bases and that will be enough for you. Some people think that they need to exercise too much to attain better body posture, but it does not work like this, and you will end up hurting yourself. Just make a routine of doing work out every morning for 15-30 minutes and that is enough.
TYPES OF EXERCISE
Basically, there are different types of exercise but mostly they are classified into four types which are
- AEROBIC EXERCISE
- STRENGTHENING EXERCISE
- BALANCE EXERCISE
- FLEXIBILITY EXERCISE
AEROBIC EXERCISE
Aerobic exercise includes every physical activity that is affects your cardiac system or provides benefits to your lungs and heart. Any type of physical movement that increases your heartbeat comes in aerobic exercise like cycling, running, even walking too.
STRENGTHENING EXERCISE
Strengthening exercises includes those exercises which help you to strengthen your muscles or bones like back, legs, arms, chest, etc.
BALANCE EXERCISE
All those exercises or physical movements you do to stay balanced and straight even in your early age, this exercise is beneficial for keeping your body in balance for a long period of time.
FLEXIBILITY EXERCISE
Flexibility exercises are those exercises which help you to attain a better body posture, agility, and a great flexibility in your body even when you become old like bending, stretching and many more.
IS EXERCISE BENEFICIAL? IF YES, THEN WHY?
Exercise is extremely beneficial for everyone; it just not only helps in maintaining good physical health but also effectively improves and provide benefits to your mental health at the same point, exercise can give you relief from depression, anxiety, and different mental health related issues.
Doing exercise can provide you stability in thinking, and knowing yourself better than others, exercise is beneficial for those who are trying to find peace and escape from tension and anxiety. Exercise is the best way to feel free for some time and it helps you to think effectively, make a habit of doing exercise every day for at least 15 to 30 minutes either at home or in open place like a peaceful place, it can be a top of hill or seashore or even your own room and see the difference in your mental and physical health. You will feel like you are doing better in everything, and you will see yourself on the better and bright side.
DOES IT EFFECTS ON MOOD?
Yes, exercise boosts up your mood very efficiently because when you exercise your mind starts to release a chemical named as dopamine which helps you to lift your mood from sadness to happiness.
Just keep it in your mind whenever you perform any sort of exercise or physical activity, just do not pressurize yourself on doing it harder, what you only need to do is just stay focused and have enough confidence on yourself that you can do it, plus do not start with high intensity exercises in the beginning, try to start with basic exercises and must do warmup to avoid the risk of muscles or body pain and getting too much tired.
