A healthy mind in a healthy body 

A healthy body means having everything balanced in body, which includes your mind and all the other parts. It’s difficult for everyone to maintain their mind and body healthy at the same time because sometimes you have a healthy body, but you are going through mental health disorder like depression and anxiety.

Let's quickly jump into some habits for keeping your mind balanced:  

Exercise 

Doing exercise for every 30 minutes can make your body stable and reduces your stress level, it is proven that exercise acts as a mood booster.  

Do you know when we exercise our brain and spinal cord start releasing a chemical which makes our mood good and makes us feel happy. Just make a routine of doing any simple exercise daily at any time and you will feel a lot of difference in your mood and in your body.

Epistemic Curiosity:

Well, epistemic curiosity also named as intellectual curiosity which means being curious about our surroundings, being curious about everything or we can also say that the urge of finding answers about how things work and going deep in finding the answers. This habit makes us more confident; it keeps our mind distracted from overthinking and getting worried about problems that we are facing.  

Just adopt this habit of being curious about things and exploring new ideas and techniques about different amazing things. 


Human Unity  

We as a human being need to make a healthy bond with people around us and tolerance is the best key to keep a healthy balance in our bonds with family, friends and neighborhood 

For maintaining a healthy and fruitful bond with people around us the very first step is to clean and clear your heart from all the misunderstandings and removing all the hatred from our hearts because when we keep any kind of hatred   in our heart, it may not affect the others but it will hurt you more and you will keep struggling with your own mind. 

So, if you want your mind to be as healthy as your body is you need to forget and forgive what is making you biased and stopping you to move forward and live your life the in the way you want it.

Spirituality: 

Basically, when we talk about the spiritual connection, by that we mean the deep relationship between us and someone higher than us or a source of inspiration whom we follow and seek guidance. 

Just take some time for yourself and do deep medication. You can perform prayer or perform some kind of ritual in which you have belief, or worship. If you feel like you don’t have any purpose of staying in this world, then it’s a perfect time to make a spiritual connection with anyone you admire. 

 If I share my experience by adopting this habit, whenever I don’t feel that I am ok I just take some time for myself and go to any quite place and look at the sky and cry and talk to God and after crying I feel myself doing completely fine, so just give it a try and let me know. 


Voluntary Simplicity 

Voluntary simplicity means making things easier and avoiding all the materialistic things and it's a way in which you intend to live a simple life. You start avoiding chaos and extra tensions and live with what you have and others with no interest in

materialistic things live.  


It will feel hard to avoid and change your way of living, but it will settle down once you will build a strong rule for yourself and if you feel it hard and awkward to do it while living with people who are not avoiding this than ask people around you to adopt this habit with you it will be a lot easier for you to do it and you will get attached with the environment .

See, as an individual you have every right to be happy and satisfied, so don’t torture yourself by keeping all the stress and tension of others and just throw the huge bag of burden that you are carrying on your shoulders.
