WHAT IS LOWER BACK PAIN? 

 A type of pain in your lower back, caused by any injuries or diseases is known as lower back pain. So many people are suffering from this pain and feel it very difficult to move, sit, walk or even bend. Some suffer from mild pain while other suffer from severe pain.

  1. WEIGHT 

Extra or heavy weight is one of the common reasons of causing lower back pain because the mass and fat apply more pressure on the bones, and they start to pain. 


  1. AGE  

At certain age your bones start to become weak, and the disks moves or wear down which causes the pain in lower back.

 

  1. LIFESTYLE  

Sometimes the things you do daily are the cause of this pain such as you job at a place where you bend many times or the chair or couch where you sit all time is not comfortable this causes the lower back pain.  


  1. SITTING POSTURE  

Sitting posture is also the reason of why back pain occur. Sitting in bad posture on chair or anywhere is dangerous and contributes to long lasting lower back pain.

Disk is the rubbery lubricant that cushions the bones become weak or slip from there place. Sometimes disks become flat and do not protect the bones.

 

SPRAINS AND STRAINS 

Some people hurt themselves while they sneeze or cough and it results in the form of strain or they get injured, and this leaves the lower back pain.

 

DISEASE 

There is another cause of lower back pain, some people suffer from the kidney stones or abdominal problems they are most likely to catch lower back pain.

After the diagnosing of lower back pain doctor’s advice to get physical therapy, medication or injections.  


Prevention  

You can prevent yourself from lower back pain by taking good care of yourself, some of the ways are:

 

Maintain Ideal Weight: 

As we have discussed before that the extra or heavy weight can lead you to catch lower back pain, so you should maintain a healthy weight to lower the risk of lower back pain.  


Posture: 

Sit in better body posture and avoid bad postures that can cause this pain. Change your furniture if you can and instead of sitting on uncomfortable chair or couch try to choose comfortable one.

 

Stretching: 

Stretching is the best way to get relief from lower back pain and it helps you to give strength to your muscles and bones. 


Your health is a blessing, try to maintain it and take good care of yourself. Avoid things that can cause you the long-lasting pain or everything is in your hand so choose what you want for self and start taking care of yourself today.
