Prevention
We have often heard that prevention is better than treatment and it is fact that you should avoid somethings and be careful when you play or perform certain activity that can cause us injuries. Primary stage is to arrange a certified and professional trainer to guide and train the team or individual to avoid the risk of severe injury during performance. Sometimes we neglect and ignore the pain in our muscles and keep practicing and apply force and stress on the same muscle, but this can lead to injuries that can last for a long time and cause you permanent damage even after treatment.
Regular check on your body while you warmup or prepare yourself to perform any activity can help you to prevent yourself from extreme injury.
