INSOMNIA  

Insomnia is a type of disorder that makes your sleeping schedule worse. Many people suffer from this sleeping disorder known as Insomnia. Its intensity varies from person to person, some people have short term insomnia while other have long term insomnia.  

Insomnia makes all most everything difficult for the person who is suffering from this extremely disturbing disorder.

CAUSES   

Let us discuss some causes of insomnia:

  • SLEEPING DISORDER 

Sleeping disorder can be the cause of insomnia because when your routine is disturbed and you do not sleep on time or 2 or 3 days, your body get used to not sleeping. Many people specially youth do no sleep on the time in night and keep their selves busy in mobile phone, chatting or scrolling on social media and waste their time 

Make a habit to sleeping early and see the results yourself.  

  • STRESS  

Stress is one of the causes that can make it difficult for you to sleep. Many people stress about different things like their jobs, life problems, their relationships and keep thinking about it most of the time, therefore they feel it difficult to sleep at night.

Many people overwork and try to do extra tasks in their day and at night their body is too much tired and body aches, sometimes having pain in leg because of tiredness make it difficult for them to sleep.  


  • MEDICAL ILLNESS  

When you have some kind of chronic pain such as asthma, blood pressure or other illnesses can make it difficult for you to sleep properly.  


  • MENTAL HEALTH  

If you are going through any time of mental illness like anxiety, depression or other type of disorder in your mental health, there are many chances that you will feel difficult to have a proper sleep.

When you feel it difficult to sleep, sometimes doctors just change your sleeping schedule and ask you to avoid going near bed when you are not sleepy and they advise you to avoid taking nap and sleeping at the day time.  

  • Avoiding sleep for sometime 

Some doctor's advice you to avoid sleeping any time in day and trying not sleep even at night because when you lay in bed and find it difficult to sleep then you feel depressed and worried that something is wrong with me, this therapy is very effective for most of the people. 

  • Relaxation therapy  

Doing some exercise before going to bed like breathing exercise, muscles relaxing exercise and some other can help your body to feel relaxed and will help to sleep easily.

But the thing is do not take any medicine on your own and do not become your own doctor, consult to your doctor before taking any type of medication because everyone has different body and different metabolism, there are many chances that these medicines do not suit you so just visit your doctors once and they will check you properly and you will get solution for your problems easily.

 

  • Caffeine, nicotine  

The doctor's advice many people to remove the products that contain caffeine and nicotine because these chemicals awake your mind and if you take anything that contains these products before going to bed, they will not let you sleep easily.

 

CONCLUSION  

The most important thing to remember is you do not need to feel depressed and alone all time because there are many people in this world who are going through this situation, you just need to focus on yourself and keep in mind that nothing is impossible, just keep trying to do what is best and better for yourself, and its ok to feel depressed and down sometimes do not force yourself for anything.
