 POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER  

Post-traumatic stress disorder also known as PTSD is type of disorder in which an individual suffers after the sudden trauma or any type of incident. In post-traumatic stress disorder, the person unintentionally suffers from the same pain and fear from certain things.

  1. The post-traumatic stress disorder can occur when you face unwanted or sudden problem that your mind can never expect, this can cause you to develop post-traumatic stress disorder also known as PTSD.  
  2. Some people develop PTSD when they go through some kind of sexual abuse as a child or an adult, abuse can disturb the mental and physical health of a child as they do not know how to tackle from this situation, and they even do not know what is happening with them.  
  3. After World War 1 many people were diagnosed by post-traumatic stress disorder as they were afraid from the bullets and bombardment, this means that any type of sudden fear can also lead an individual to develop PTSD. 
  4. PTSD can cause anyone to become strange from their loved ones and to their surroundings because in this condition people start to become more curious and extraordinary protective about themselves that they always think in suspicious way.

Some people think that having post-traumatic stress disorder is nothing but an illusion and exaggerated form of anxiety and depression, but the fact is that it is really different from all this, like other disorders PTSD is a serious and painful condition and only those can understand who suffer from this worse disorder.

Well, the symptoms of PTSD are sometime very difficult to observe because they are mixed with each other let us discuss them in detail:  

Dreams 

Whenever you start dreaming about your most unwanted and stressful moment that passed in your life and you witnessed them, and it make you go back to that horrifying event, then it might be the symptom of PTSD.      

Anger 

Getting angry on very small things that you are not being able to understand what is going on with you, sometimes you will get anger without any reason and become irritated by everyone, this can be symptom of PTSD. 

Avoid thought 

Most of the time you avoid thinking about your past life and events that passed because somewhere you are afraid to look back, so you avoid thoughts. If you or someone around, you are going through this thing it can be the symptom of PTSD. 

Sleeping Difficulty 

Most of the times you will find it difficult to sleep because when you lay down you will start thinking about the same bad event that you witnessed. It can be a symptom of PTSD.

Many people get back to their worst because they have flashbacks that make them relive that horrible time.
